At SOHNI, every piece is made to order — thoughtfully crafted especially for you, with time, care and attention to detail. This allows us to produce in small batches, minimise excess and stay true to our commitment to mindful, sustainable fashion.

Because each piece is made especially for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges on made-to-order or customised pieces, or on items purchased on sale.

We hope you love your SOHNI piece. In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please write to us at support@shopsohni.com within 3 days of delivery, and we’ll be happy to look into it.

For damaged items:

• Please notify us within 3 days of receiving your order.
• The item must be unused and in its original condition, with the tag attached and intact.
• The item must be free from stains, marks or alterations.
• If a replacement is approved, it will be for the same style or a piece of equal or higher value.

Please note:

• Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
• We do not offer refunds.
• In eligible cases, we offer store credit valid for 8 months.

SHIPPING

We offer complimentary shipping across India on all orders.

For our customers outside India, international shipping charges apply. These are calculated based on the weight of the package and the destination, and we work with reputed international courier partners to ensure your order reaches you safely.

As our pieces are thoughtfully made and carefully prepared for you, please allow the estimated dispatch time mentioned on the product page for your order to be ready.

Once dispatched, the standard shipping/transit time is additional to the dispatch timeline and begins from the date of dispatch.

International delivery timelines may vary depending on the destination, customs clearance and local delivery conditions. Any customs duties, taxes or import charges applicable at the destination are the responsibility of the customer.
