Returns and Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges for the products which are made to order or made to measure or on sale.
We want you to love any product that you buy from us and in case you are not completely satisfied with them, please drop us a mail at support@shopsohni.com and we will get back to you.
The products bought will only be accepted for replacement only if they are intimated with in 3 days after delivery and are in perfect condition with no damage, stains or marks whatsoever.
Note : 1. Replacement is only applicable with the products of equal price value or more.
2. No Returns or Exchanges for Sale products
3. Since all items are made to order for which we accept only exchanges, refund is not applicable.We give store credit of 8 months validity.
