At Shop Sohni, every piece is made to order — handcrafted especially for you with care, time, and intention. This approach helps us avoid excess inventory, reduce waste, and stay true to our commitment to mindful, sustainable fashion.

As all our garments are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges on customised pieces or items purchased on sale.

We hope you love what you receive. However, if your order arrives damaged, please reach out to us at support@shopsohni.com within 3 days of delivery, and we’ll do our best to make it right.

Replacements are only offered for damaged products and must meet the following conditions:
• You notify us within 3 days of receiving your order
• The item is unused, in original condition, with the tag attached and intact
• There are no stains, marks, or alterations
• The replacement will be for the same style or one of equal or higher value

Please note:
1. No returns or exchanges are offered for sale items
2. Refunds are not applicable
3. For eligible cases, we offer store credit valid for 8 months
