Returns and Exchanges

We want you to love any product that you buy from us and in the odd case that you are not completely satisfied with them, please drop us a mail at support@shopsohni.com with your order id and we will get back to you.

The products bought will be accepted for replacement only if the request is made within 3 days of delivery and the products are in perfect condition with no damage, stains or marks whatsoever.

Note :

1. Replacement is only applicable with the products of equal price value or more.

2. No Returns or Exchanges for Sale products

3. Since all items are made to order for which we accept only exchanges, refund is not applicable. We give a store credit of 8 months validity.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
